is great place to spend the day, especially if you have kids. One of the most popular things to do in Barcelona. Sadly, "Snowflake", the albino gorilla –once the Zoo's chief icon and attraction– is no longer with us, but the Zoo is a modern, exciting and interesting place. A major centre for conserving and breeding endangered species, Barcelona Zoo collaborates with leading conservationists and front-line projects.

is a colourful, exciting place to spend an hour or so. If you love food, you'll love Boqueria Market! See an amazing selection of seafood on beds of ice: live lobsters, spider crabs, shell fish of all kinds.
