Mar Bella Beach, Barcelona

Just over half a kilometre long, Mar Bella Beach is highly appreciated for its safety and the easy access by the bicycle lane and public transport.

A stretch Mar Bella beach, sheltered from the road and pathways by sand-dunes, is Barcelona’s nudist beach, very popular with visitors and locals who enjoy nude sun bathing and swimming. Away from the nudist stretch are a children‘s play area and volleyball court. On the nearby breakwater there’s a basketball court.
Behind the beach, by the promenade, there are a skateboard area and table tennis tables.

There are lockers for leaving your clothes, drinking fountains, showers, public toilets, lifeguard and a book lending service.
By the Pabelló Mar Bella is a nautical centre offering water sports facilities.

On the break water, between Mar Bella Beach and Nova Mar Bella Beach, is the Oca restaurant.
